On January 5, 2021, at approximately 8:20 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call at 5000 Corrigan Court. Upon arrival, they located the victim, Joseph Kemp, a 39-year-old black male, with a gunshot wound. Dallas Fire and Rescue transported the victim to an area hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
