MCKINNEY – The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) is asking for the public’s help in the investigation of fatal crash that resulted in the death of two drivers in Collin County. The incident occurred on October 3, 2021 at approximately 10:04 a.m. on FM 6 in Nevada, TX.
Preliminary investigation indicates a passenger car, traveling westbound on FM 6, crossed over into the eastbound lane for unknown reasons, where it struck an eastbound SUV nearly head-on. The driver of the passenger car died on scene while the driver of the SUV died later at a local Hospital.
