On Saturday just after 11:00 A.M. Hunt County EMS & Cash Fire – Rescue units responded to the area of Highway 34 near County Road 2182 for reports of a motor vehicle accident.

Cash Fire units arrived on scene finding 1 SUV flipped over, on its roof, in the ditch. After further investigation, units located 1 patient still trapped inside the rolled over vehicle.

Shortly after Hunt County EMS arrived on scene, they confirmed via scanner traffic that the extrication was complete, confirming this would be a fatality accident.

The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office assisted in traffic control while DPS units conducted their usual investigation as to what caused this accident. The victims name has not been released.
